Freeze Dryer

We purchased the Harvest Right freeze dryer about a year ago and have now used it twice. This batch has tomatoes and yogurt bark.

Next time will likely use a mold for the yogurt and freeze prior to freeze drying.
The kids eat the freeze-dried tomatoes as if they were candy.
